Polly Bartle Blomquist

MANAGING PARTNER

In 2001 after being admitted to the Missouri and Kansas Bar, Polly Bartle Blomquist began her career at the Family Court in Jackson County, Missouri. While there, she tried hundreds of cases, gaining valuable trial experience. After having children, the gravity of the responsibilities of parenting caused Polly to realize the importance of Estate Planning for young families. As she began discussing Estate Planning with her friends and family, it became apparent how few people possessed accurate information on the subject. Because of this, Polly decided to move into the private sector to begin providing Estate Planning for individuals and families with the goal of educating them about the value of proper advanced planning. Today Polly works to help families achieve their objectives, whether that be ease of transfer of assets or ensuring assets are preserved, protected, and managed effectively for beneficiaries for years to come.

With the combination of Estate Planning and trial experience, Polly has a unique perspective. She plans with the idea of the future and possible pitfalls.

When she is not serving clients, you will find her volunteering at her church, spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughter, and traveling to ski, hike, or pursue any outdoor adventure.

Polly educates other lawyers and professionals by teaching continuing education classes and is a member of Missouri Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, Cass County Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and the Association of Women Lawyers.
